My individual sessions are $90 for 60 min and $120 for 90 min
I’ll meet you where you are, focusing on the present while working toward your future. We’ll dive right into what’s holding you back and generate a change at your own pace.
My coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with actions driven by the awareness shifts. Coaching is a solution focussed and designed to move you forward rather than dwelling on the past.
An intuitive coach facilitates awareness shifts in Clients and supports them to achieve their authentic desires through awareness and behaviour adjustments. A change has nothing to do with a willpower and everything with bringing the unconscious behaviour drivers to the awareness. It’s about pinpointing and neutralizing the source of your patterns (as opposed to applying short-lasting techniques based on willpower). If you can become aware of your real drivers, you can completely change your life.
You don’t need fixing. You are enough, just the way you are. You need to be committed to making the changes that are needed to undertake the self-awareness journey. I can champion you, support you, spur you to greatness, but I can’t do the work for you.

If you decide to sign up for the 4-week program we will do a comprehensive questionnaire, which is a snapshot of your reality, at the beginning and at the end of the program It will clearly show where your shifts occurred.

To challenge you when needed – old beliefs, habits and behaviours are often deep-seated. We’ll uncover the underlying reasons you’re stuck and work on dissolving their root causes.
To make it light – this work doesn’t have to be stern. You’ve felt enough guilt and overwhelm and it is time to introduce some lightness. The lighter you are the faster you travel on that journey. So I’ll make the process as light as I can.
A commitment to change – just turning up to the sessions is not enough. You have to commit to yourself to do the work and take responsibility for the outcome of the coaching.
To be honest – even if it’s difficult or uncomfortable because it’s in this space that the greatest changes happen.
To challenge yourself – you can play it safe, sure, but if you really want to grow then up your game. You’ll be amazed at how small changes make a BIG difference.
